Excellencies,

Whereas the Election Law of the Czech Republic prescribes to the State Election Commission to insure EQUAL ACCESS TO ELECTIONS FOR ALL CITIZENS OF THE CZECH REPUBLIC, and because the STATE ELECTION COMMISSION FAILED TO DO SO, and consequently 250-497.000 CZECH-BORN CZECHS WERE, ON THE DAYS OF CZECH PARLIAMENTARY ELECTIONS (June 13, 14 and 15th, 2002) FROM THESE ELECTIONS BY FORCE

 

ILLEGALLY EXCLUDED,

 

WE APPEAL
