Ostudný bojkot Státu Izrael

Protest proti Směrnici EU 2013/C 205/05

Konzervativní strana tímto vyzývá vládu České republiky, aby se ostře ohradila proti Směrnici EU 2013/C 205/05 publikované v Official Journal of the European Union 19.7.2013 pod názvem „Guidelines on the eligibility of Israeli entities and their activities in the territories occupied by Israel since June 1967 for grants, prizes and financial instruments funded by the EU from 2014 onwards", kterou se počínaje rokem 2014 zavádí bojkot východního Jeruzaléma, Judska, Samaří a Golandských výšin, resp. všech židovských aktivit, které se nějak týkají těchto území. Jedná se o jednoznačný pokus vytvořit tlak na Stát Izrael a vynutit si ústupky z jeho strany prostřednictvím hospodářské síly, který zcela pomíjí základní nutnost mírového uspořádání - tedy uznání práva na existenci Státu Izrael od okolních zemí i od representace Palestinců.

Konzervativní strana připomíná své dřívější návrhy pozvání Státu Izrael do NATO a na přesunutí sídla velvyslanectví České republiky ve Státě Izrael z Tel Avivu do Jeruzaléma.

Konzervativní strana tímto vyzývá vládu České republiky, aby se důrazně zasadila o zrušení výše uvedené směrnice.

The Conservative Party appeals to the Czech Republic´s Government to protest strongly against the EU Directive published in the Official Journal of the European Union from the 19.7.2013, entitled „Guidelines on the eligibility of Israeli entities and their activities in the territories occupied by Israel since June 1967 for grants, prizes and financial instruments funded by the EU from 2014 onwards", which  introduces a boycott of the East Jerusalem, Judea, Samaria and Golan Heights, resp. a boycott of all Jewish activities concerning these territories in any way. It is a clear effort to put pressure on the State of Israel and to force it to concessions by using the economic pressure which totally ignores the capital necessity of a peaceful arrangement - in other words, the necessity that the neighbouring countries, including the Palestine representatives, acknowledge the State of Israel and its right of existence.

The Conservative Party points out its earlier proposals - the proposal to invite the State of Israel to become a NATO member, as well as the proposal to transfer the Embassy of the Czech Republic in Israel from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem.

The Conservative Party appeals to the Czech Republic´s Government to push vigorously for the repeal of the above mentioned Directive.
